At Pet Admin Studio, I want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read the information below before placing an order.

If you have any questions before purchasing, you’re always welcome to get in touch.

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally final.

Once a digital download has been purchased and access has been provided, I am unable to offer refunds, exchanges or cancellations unless required by UK consumer law.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Templates
• Checklists
• Guides
• Planners
• Business resources
• Digital downloads
• Printable products

Please ensure you read the product description carefully before purchasing.

Faulty or Incorrect Downloads

If you experience any problems accessing your purchase or receive the wrong file, please contact me as soon as possible.

I’ll happily investigate the issue and provide:

• A replacement file
• A corrected download
• Technical assistance where appropriate

Virtual Assistant Services

If you’ve booked Virtual Assistant support and need to cancel, please let me know as soon as possible.

Refunds for services will depend on the work already completed.

If work has not yet begun, a full or partial refund may be offered at my discretion.

If work has already started, you may be charged for the time completed up to the cancellation date.

Website Design Services

Website design projects require time, planning and preparation.

If a project is cancelled after work has started, any completed work remains payable.

Deposits paid to secure a project are non-refundable, as they reserve time within my schedule.

If the project is cancelled before work begins, any refund will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Custom Work

Bespoke templates, branding, websites and custom business systems are created specifically for your business.

Because of this, refunds cannot normally be offered once work has begun.

Discovery Calls

Free discovery chats are offered with no obligation.

If you can no longer attend, I’d appreciate as much notice as possible so the appointment can be offered to someone else.

Change of Mind

Unfortunately, I cannot offer refunds simply because you have changed your mind after purchasing a digital product.

Please contact me before purchasing if you’re unsure whether a product is suitable for your business.

Technical Issues

If you’re having trouble opening, downloading or accessing a resource, please don’t worry.

Simply get in touch and I’ll do my best to resolve the issue quickly.
