What platform do you use?
I design websites using WordPress, creating professional, user-friendly websites that are easy for you to update yourself once your project is complete.
Can you redesign my existing website?
Absolutely. Whether your website needs a complete makeover or just a few improvements, I’d be happy to help.
Will I be able to update my website myself?
Yes! I believe you should feel confident managing your own website. Wherever possible, I’ll build your site so it’s easy to edit without needing any coding knowledge.

What kind of templates do you sell?
The Resource Library includes practical templates and resources designed specifically for pet businesses, including:

Are your templates editable?
Many of my templates are fully editable, while others are supplied as printable PDFs. Each product clearly explains what is included before you purchase.
How will I receive my download?
Digital products are available immediately after purchase unless otherwise stated. You’ll receive access via your purchase confirmation.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
Payment methods are displayed during checkout and may include debit card, credit card and other secure online payment options.
Do you offer refunds?
Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are generally not available once a download has been accessed. Full details can be found in the Refund Policy.
For services, cancellation and refund terms vary depending on the project.
Communication
How do we communicate?
Whatever works best for you! Most clients prefer email or WhatsApp, but if you’d rather arrange a phone call, that’s absolutely fine too.
How quickly will you reply?
I aim to respond to all enquiries within 1–2 working days, although it’s often much sooner.
Do you work with businesses outside Scotland?
Yes! As a Virtual Assistant and website designer, I work remotely with pet professionals throughout the UK.
General Questions
Can I use your templates for multiple businesses?
Unless otherwise stated, purchases are licensed for use within one business only. Templates may not be resold, shared or redistributed.
Can I customise your templates?
Yes. Where editing is available, you’re welcome to personalise templates to suit your own branding and business.
Do you create bespoke templates?
Absolutely! If you need something tailored specifically to your business, just get in touch and I’d be happy to discuss your requirements.
